What is Maru Mart ?

Maru Mart is an online store inspired by the Japanese konbini experience, offering unique and carefully curated items for everyone.

Our goal is to create a shopping experience that blends Japanese pop culture, convenience and joy.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover cards are accepted.
You can also pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay.

We accept payment by PayPal. You'll then be taken to the PayPal website, where you'll be prompted to log in and process your payment, before being directed back to our store website once your transaction is complete.

Is it safe to provide my payment information on your website?

Yes, our website and services use secure encryption to protect your payment information and any other personal information.

EU Customers: Taxes & Shipping

Our products ship directly from Tokyo, Japan.
Depending on your country's regulations, VAT or customs duties may apply upon delivery and are the customer's responsibility. These charges are set by local authorities and are not included in the initial payment.

How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply browse our website and add the desired items to your cart. Once you're ready to checkout, provide your shipping information and payment details.

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes, you can place an order without an account.

We do recommend to create an account to check your order history, have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time.

Where is my order confirmation?

Your order confirmation is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder. If you haven't received it within 24 hours, please get in touch at help@marumart.shop.

Can I track my order?

Yes, we'll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it until delivery.
In your delivery confirmation emails, you'll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

Shipping

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs vary depending on the item ordered and the destination country.
They may also be affected by current geopolitical conditions.

For orders over $149, shipping is free.
But Maru got a surprise: for a limited time, shipping is free!

How long does it take for my order to ship? 

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
In most cases, orders arrive within 7 to 14 business days.

If your order hasn't arrived within this timeframe, feel free to Contact us and we'll look into it for you.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to worldwide.
However, for legal, logistical or safety reasons, we currently do not ship to certain countries. This includes, but is not limited to: Russia, Iran, Syria, North Korea, Sudan and others.

Important information regarding EU customers

Our products are shipped directly from Tokyo, Japan.

Please note that, depending on your country's import regulations, VAT and/or customs duties may apply upon delivery. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the initial payment.

Customs fees are determined and enforced by your local authorities and we have no control over these regulations.

As such, any additional costs related to import taxes remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns

What is your return policy?

Yes, you can return most items within 14 days of delivery as long as they are unused, undamaged and in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

Please note that food, beverages and personal care products are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

We currently don't offer exchanges. If you're unsure about clothing sizes, we recommend ordering the two closest options and returning the one that doesn't fit.

How do I return an item?

To return an item, please contact our customer service at help@marumart.shop.

If your request is made within the 14-day return window and meets our return conditions, we'll email you a return form.

Please print the form and attach it securely to the package but please note you are responsible for the return shipping costs and appropriate packaging.
